Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return, mail back to 9937 E Highway 88, Claremore, OK 74017. We will issue a full refund on the items, however, we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Damages and issues 
If your package was missing an item please email support@2momscraftshack.com within 48 hours. We will issue a gift card for the missing amount or re-ship the missing item, depending on the circumstance. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital files.

Refunds
A full refund will be issued to LIKE NEW items we receive back.
